About BAC Water

BAC Water is not a peptide, but a sterile diluent used to reconstitute lyophilized peptide preparations in a laboratory context. The 0.9% benzyl-alcohol additive acts as a bacteriostatic preservative, which — unlike plain sterile water — allows repeated withdrawals from the same vial over a limited period without microbial growth in the solution.
